What You Need
- 1 Cup frozen blueberries
- 1 Frozen Acai Packet
- 3/4 Cup Oat Milk
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Hemp seeds
- 1/2 Cup Granola
- 1/4 Cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 Cup blueberries
Instructions
Let
- Prep your blueberries, strawberries, and granola. Place them to the side.
- In a blender add acai, blueberries, oat milk, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. Blend until smooth and free of lumps. If you do not have a blender with a blending stick pull the jar off the blender every minute or so and use a spatula to mix then keep blending. Keep repeating until smooth. You may need to add a wee bit more oat milk to get it going.
- Empty the thick smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite fruit and toppings.
